Mi Goreng Spring rolls.. is this place serious!
The newly opened Suey Sins has got all the ingredients for a millennial’s perfect venue. You’ll find yourself walking into what can only be described as an Instagrammable setting; from the beautiful fit out, the fluorescent pink walls, Suey Sins scripture adorning the walls, a fun photo booth, cocktails that will score you likes for day and food that’s not only delectable, but interesting and innovative enough to spark serious food envy on your Insta feed.
Whether you’re here for lunch, dinner or some after dark chaos (we suggest doing all of it), you must start with a cocktail. Owner Eli West has designed a cocktail menu inspired by the seven deadly sins. The Lust certainly lives up to all that the name implies and she’ll be leaving you longing for more. BUT do reserve 5-10 minutes to capture the perfect photo because she is one stunning cocktail.
Suey Sins is renowned for its late night antics, with a 24 hour licence and DJs most weekends. The kitchen is open until midnight during the week, so there’s no excuse not to try the mouth waterings bites on their menu.
Feast your senses on deep fried nori vermicelli rolls, lotus root nachos (the sh*t), mi goreng spring rolls (need we say more), bacon mac n cheese spring rolls which spark some serious childhood nostalgia and the tsaro bao- pure heaven.
A magic menu, curious cocktails and one hell of a good time, we think you’ll love Sueys. (We implore you to overlook the media’s relentless vindication of a themed party and enjoy the better parts of Sueys- food, drinks and good vibes).
