A LIGHTER TAKE ON WINTER
Our favourite Manly dining establishment, Papi Chulo has recently launched their new winter menu, which is taking a contemporary twist on your classic, hearty, winter meals. Instead, Papi Chulo are drawing inspiration from their beautiful, water side location, curating lighter meals that will still warm your soul and indulge the senses.
Papi celebrates the incredible bounty Australia has to offer by using only the finest producers of pork, beef and lamb in the country, with the season’s best seafood prepared fresh every day.
Their winter menu is inspired by a lighter take on the freshest seasonal produce. For entrees, we loved the pea guacamole with tortilla chips, the maple smoked ocean trout with artichokes, kale, quinoa and crème fraiche.
For mains, we stuck to the Papi speciality, delectable breakout river lamb rips with Papi’s BBQ sauce paired with a beautiful roast beetroot salad with goats cheese, radicchio, apple and walnuts.
Dining at Papi Chulo is not complete without a cocktail and the El Caribe fuses the stunning beach setting with the winter months perfectly, with the combination of Havana club, lime, coconut and charred pineapple. Delicious!
