THE SWEET TOOTH’S DEGUSTATION MENU
Yes hello this real life. A set menu made up of mostly dessert, is that just the best news you’ve heard all day? Sit down and enjoy a 6 course dinner menu, start of with some “normal dinner dishes” and then get ready to fill up on some heavenly desserts.
OYSTER: Fresh pacific oyster with crispy speck, foie gras rum emulsion, lump fish caviar, ecshallot and verde.
KING: Hiramasa kingfish with smoked dash, kelp oil, togarashi, burnt onion mushroom pure and salmon roe.
HEARTS: Charcoal duck breast with orange maple cider, duck hearts, Swiss chard, red wine, butternut pumpkin and onion.
PEACH PLEASE: Rosemary yogurt with hellala vanilla mousse, peach jame and raspberry powder
FORDBIDDEN FRUIT: Chocolate mousse, raspberry sorbet, chocolate soil and raspberry sorbet
MOSS: Pistachio mousse, caramel gel, white chocolate matcha dulce creme, pistachio sponge, matcha moss, apple blossom, jelly, nitro lime and your and green apple.
T. TIME: Black tea ice-cream, dulce creme, five spice hazelnut sponge, chocolate pebbles and mandarin.
If this is all too much there is a dessert bar downstairs (lol) where you can try perhaps one or two sweets.
